If those beautiful shoes you’ve ordered don’t fit when you receive them, or the colour/design isn’t what you think they would be or they are faulty, you have 24 hours to try them on – indoors only- and if you are not happy you can send them back for an exchange.
If your item is faulty it will only be refunded if they are deemed unrepairable by us or the supplier and there is not a replacement pair available. If you have purchased a sale item, sorry, but absolutely no returns on sale items. There is no exchange, return or refund on sale items or gift cards.
HOW TO RETURN & EXCHANGE ON FULL PRICE ITEMS
- You must email us within 24 hours and let us know what you are returning and why
- Send them back within five working days of receipt in the same condition as they were sent
- The item must not have been worn
- The shoe box must be in perfect condition
- Receipt as proof of purchase is in the box
- For your protection, you must return by Track and Trace method as you are responsible until items are delivered to us
- Goods that are not received within 5 working days by Shoes on Picton will not be refunded
- Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s method of payment and WILL EXCLUDE ORIGINAL SHIPPING COSTS
- Return freight is at your cost.
